RETUND POLICY

At Evigsdae, we are committed to providing high-quality products, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days to initiate a return.

To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unused, unworn, with tags still attached, and in the original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that the buyer is responsible for the shipping and handling costs for returns.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please examine your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can resolve the issue to your satisfaction.

Non-Returnable Items
Some items, such as custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), cannot be returned. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your specific item, don’t hesitate to reach out.

We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
To get the item you want faster, we recommend returning the item you have and then placing a new order once the return is processed.

Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
